hi, yes i have been really busy with real world stuff as well as trying to stop this idiot flooding the torrent page. it seems to have stopped. as goes bobs burgers, sorry i wiped it because i needed the drive cleared and was a bit ratty so i wiped everything. if you want i will find the whole thing in a sensible resolution (its a cartoon FFS!) or i will transcode it. it will get filed whe you expect in animation and puppets.
the chatgpt stuff is mine. i was testing its ability to write code. most of it relates to data beacons or website beacons that can be sent up on small baloons or 'throwies' on solar. the idea is to get signals and simple communications over wide areas independent of infrastructure. we are living in seriously fucked up times, so prepare. cb radio is becoming very active lately and conditions are good. UK stations are coming into Bulgaria, and Canada is getting links with South Africa, which is a very good sign. I am hearing a lot of talk on the radio bands that used to be called conspiracy theory up until the point where we were all repeatedly proven right!
I wonder if you have access to 10m band for the KQ2H repeater on 29.62Mhz? That is sometimes reachable over here on <10w power. its in the catskills and has hard links to the NYC repeater networks. It gets a lot of interesting traffic from all over the world due to its elevation.
you may be interested in the stuff for UVK5 walkie talkies. these can be had on aliexpress for $15 or so, and are software defined. there is a big hacker community working on the hacked firmware that allows the radio to operate from 18-1300 mhz, including adding SSB receive, spectrum analyser, and a t9 text messenger. they also have simple scramble for voice which can be handy. search it on telegram for the user and dev forums.
the cheap rtl-sdr dongles are good to pick up the traffic on the military satellites that are constantly hijacked by pirate users. 250-300mhz and a home made antenna will get you on there. a very simple though fiddly mod will plop these dongles on the hf bands where you can monitor global traffic.
