Altar Magical table of practice, usually placed centre circle. 

Amulet Magical mascot or "lucky charm"

Arcana Secret formulae or process. Also used to denote deck of Tarot cards, the Major Arcana being the "trumps" numbered from 0 to 21, the Minor being the 56 "pip" and "court" cards

Athame Witches' black-hilted knife

Averse Black, or evil, usually applied to magical processes

Baculum Witches' rod, staff, wand, or "broomstick" used in divination and certain fertility spells

Balefire Ritual coven fire

Ban To curse

Bane Poisonous or destructive thing. Banishing exorcism (q.v.). Often applied to an herb, e.g., hemlock

Barrow An elven or Celtic burial mound often used by coven for Sabbat covenstead

Beltane May Eve witch festival

Bind To cast a spell on, also to practise ligature (q.v.)

Bolline An Athame, often curved like a sickle Brigid February 2nd Eve witch festival - Candlemas

Cabala 

• (1) Body of lore stemming from early Chaldean and Mesopotamian traditions, later incorporated within certain rabbinical texts, 
• (2) practical magical processes deriving therefrom

Eidolon Wraith or fetch. Witch power formulated into semi-tangible human shape

Elemental Witch's magically created familiar (q.v.)

Elements Cognate "of the Wise": fire, air, earth, and water. The four basic modes of manifestation of matter and energy according to arcane lore

Elf fire Need fire or Wildfire. Flame to light coven balefire produced without the use of metals

Elvenfolk Descendants of the witch gods, or Mighty Ones; Prytani or Faeryfolk

Esbat Weekly or fortnightly witch meeting 

Evil eye Involuntary Eye biting (q.v.) 

Evocation Conjuration, often to visible appearance 

Exorcism Magical operation of purifying something from all alien influences

Eye biting Cursing with a glance - overlooking
