How to Use Admiralty Sailing Directions on CD  Click on Admiralty Sailing Directions. You will now be at the Chapter Index Chartlet. Place the cursor over the chapter number that you would like to go to. The cursor will change to a pointing finger. Left Click on the number. You will now be taken to the Index Chartlet for the chosen chapter. Place the cursor over the paragraph number to which you would like to go. The cursor will change to a pointing finger. Left Click on the number. To return to the previous view, use the left pointing arrow icon ( ) on the Adobe Browser toolbar at the top of the screen. When you move your mouse over the left pointing arrow icon a 'tool tip' will be displayed as follows: Please note: If you have been using a number of links to move around the book you may want to return to the Chapter Index Diagram. To do this, click on the "Home" button at the top of the page. Photographs  Follow the link on the front screen of the CD to go to a directory containing photographs, which are not included in the Book. Double click on the file name and the photograph will be displayed. Contents  The Contents page is identical to the book. Click on a page or paragraph number and you will be taken to that page or the page containing that paragraph. Index  The CD version of Sailing Directions is almost an exact copy of the paper version. The Index enables the user to locate places and subject matter within the book. If you left click on the paragraph number beside an index entry, you will be taken to the top of the page containing that entry. Home Button  If at any time you become lost by jumping to different pages in the book you can always click on the Home button at the top left hand corner of each page.
