Bugfix transmission, long message crashed POC32.
Added character translation table even for tx.

View/Hide:
Right mouse button menu on taskbar icon (when POC32 window is hidden).

Properties/Decoder:
Added BEEP option (WinNT: PC speaker, Win95: soundcard) 
Works not all time (quick hack)! I'll add something like playback multimeda file...

Remarks:

There are always some computers where POC32 is not working...
