A1074 Dereham Road, Norwich	30	Saw road markings on the road, heading out of the city side.30 limit! Many people think its a 40 limit, considering its the main big road to Norwich! recently installed 30mph limit signs and speed camera signs. saw the markings on 20/9.. they wasn't there the day before! if the cam isn't there now, it will be soon! Also speed camera van often lurks at the old esso station down the bottom of the hill near the gatehouse pub. by the time you drive over the hill... its too late. A1075	30	30mph zone in Toftwood- East Dereham to Watton road- definite GATSO position. There is also 1 metre 'calibration' road markings on the A1075 South side of the Dereham by-pass fly-over, but I haven't yet seen a camera.

A140, Sweet Briar Road	40	Now Active Only just installed! Saw the normal white marks on the road last night on the way home from work - 20/9 wasn't there the day before! Its a 40mph limit but very hard to stick to it! considering its a long road with no paths or juctions going down a hill. the road markings are just past the bridge heading towards the A47 roundabout Didnt see a camera, was going to fast! lol but if its not up yet, will be soon! - Paul 5/10/02 Nowe
A140, Norwich		New GATSO on the Mile cross Lane (Norwich inner ring road) saw new road markings when heading Westward already a traffic light crossing camera there when heading Eastward GATSO not erected yet. 27/10/02 They put 2 more up the day after, just around the corner. On the Dereheam Road as you leave the outer ring road. West bound one is just before the old petrol station. One east bound between the BP station and Marlpitt Lane. - Stu 28/10/02
A143, Bradwell	30	As you enter Bradwell on the A143 from Beccles there is one situated about 20ft before the the Esso Petrol Station, where the speed limit drops from 40mph to 30mph. - SHEDHEAD 8/12/02

LYNN ROAD, Wisbech		There is a new GATSO in Wisbech that I have not seen on your excellent site. It is a traditional GATSO (grey box) positioned in the centre of the road on LYNN ROAD 300 yards from the BP on freedom bridge island outside the food factory. It can face both ways and is ACTIVE!!. Trust me I know. - mr 3 points20/8/99

A11, Thetford	70	Northbound on Roudham Heath just after railway bridge, just before dual carriageway ends. Slight left hand bend over rise. Car parked in entrance to heathland and partially obscured by bushes until too late. Hand held gun used.- Canary 11/9/00
A11 at Red Lodge, B1085.		What seems to be another favourite hidey-hole for the police, I've noticed over the last six weeks or so, is the southbound slip-road to the A11 at Red Lodge, B1085. I've seen them waiting when I've gone back up on a Friday lunchtime and the week before last they had someone pulled over. They are usually up there on a Sunday evening as well.
A11, Wymondham Attleborough	70	Marked police cars hiding on the downward slip road using vascar to calculate speed. (buy a radar/laser detector and they use vascar- bugger!) 13/6/99
A11	60	Patrol cars now sitting on the A11 as new Dual Carriageway work begins. There has been more patrol cars in the last two weeks. Places seen so far are: Breckland Lodge Northbound , Near the Angel Pub both South and Northbound. Directly opposite the turning for Snetterton race track and in a layby just past Attleborough Norwich side.- gte
A11 Attleborough	40	The limit through the roadwork's is now 40 mph. Police are taking advantage of it! Hidey holes include Snetterton crossroads, sallow lane, the angel pub, harling road crossroads and Roudham farm turning. 22/12/01

B1113, Swardeston	30	Mobile patrol unit sometimes based at the Bakery/Garage/or the Pet Shop. Normally backs up and they stand on the opposite side of the road to the car!! - GTE 16/6/01
